Getting there by public transport
You can find various bus routes on punebusguide.org/
Note: Bus fares have increased recently, and if you're in a group of 3 or more then it makes sense to hire a private transport. If you're coming alone, please reach out to organizers or fellow participants and we may be able to guide you to join other event participants coming with you.
From Swargate bus stand :
If you're lucky, you can catch bus 233 to Paudgaon (60 mins frequency)
Else, get to Kothrud Bus Depot by bus 68 or bus 68P
From Kothrud Depot, you can take bus 70 (75 mins frequency), bus 70E (75 mins) or bus 233 to Paudgaon.
Or stand out on the main road and take a shared transport (6-seater or jeep or van) to Paudgaon
Or take a shared transport to Chandni Chowk, and from there a shared transport to Paudgaon.
From Pune Railway Station:
Take bus 81 (20 mins freq) to More Vidyalay, then bus 233 or bus 70 to Paudgaon, or a bus to Kothrud depot
From Paudgaon:
This is village area. Till sunset time, there are 6-seaters etc parked at the road, you can hire them. It's about 2 hours walk to UWC. If you get here late, CALL US.
From Pune Airport:
If you could afford the flight, we're quite sure you can afford hiring a cab
All the same, make your way to Pune Station or Swargate and read up...
