When logging contributions, keep a separation between cash and non-cash. 2 columns maybe, or specify "cash 3200" or "online 3200" or something like it.

Stacking different details into one cell, to make it easier to read / print: Excel formulas have a code to show changing to a new line : CHAR(10). And you can concatenate, ie, string together different cells, characters and strings by putting '&' between them in a formula. So, see this example: =A2&CHAR(10)&B2&CHAR(10)&C2 If the A2, B2, C2 cells are populated, the output looks like, all in one cell: See attached file for details. how to stack columns in one for printing.xlsx (10.77 KB)

when one person pays for many, all the others should be recorded with "paid by" message. this can either be the line number of the original payor or his name.
When a living space is allotted , the required indication should be shared to all those who are accommodated with him/her.
The date of receipt should also be captured in a column so that daily collection could be summarized.

Registration of people whom we have invited but who are not internet-enabled enough (unfamiliar with it, or staying far away from good-enough internet connection, don't have access to a connected computer, etc etc) to fill the participants registration form on time: The Organiser who has invited them / who knows about them, must register on their behalf. Do NOT WAIT for them, do NOT KEEP THE REGISTRATION FORM OPEN beyond the last date for them, do not tell the registration team that please wait for so and so people : enter their names in yourself. It's extremely easy for people having access to the registrations document to manually enter in details for them. Instead of looking into this at the end, these people should be the first ones we register, manually. Remember that we started using registration forms to make things EASIER. If that purpose is not being served in a particular case, to hell with the form, link etc; just open the sheet yourself and type it all in.
