These are the recommended (by me) points where you can meet up with fellow LSuC participants. Hold up a paper with LSUC written in big letters if you can't find the others.
PUNE STATION:
Seating area, Pune station ST bus stand, which is next to the railway station. Take the underground walk-way (lots of shops, good snacks here) from the station, take rightmost exit. Ask someone where the ST bus stand is.
This place has lots of seats, a big roof and shops and toilets there only. So you can put your bags down, and wait here a long time even if it's raining.

SWARGATE:
You can collect at the ST bus stand sitting area. Again, big roof, seats, shops, toilets available.
If you want to take the bus to Paudgaon ST stand (which is 7 kms from the venue, this is CHEAPEST option),
Go to the bus stop near Nehru Stadium (it's at the far west end, last bus stop) from where buses to Paudgaon or Kothrud bus Depot depart. Ask anyone, they'll guide you to it. It's quite a walk from the ST bus stand. This place is small roof, so not so good to wait here while it's pouring.
I strongly advise you to take a shared auto to the Pune station, meet the others at the ST stand ^there^ if you can't find co-travellers and can't take the bus. Swargate and Station are very well-connected, are just 5 kms apart.

CHANDNI CHOWK:
Bus stop on Paud Rd. Everyone going to MUWCI is going to pass through here, can pick you up from here. On Paud road, in the West direction leading to Paudgaon (and not the East direction that leads to Kothrud, Pune City), there is a bus stop. Collect here. There is a chance to get shared transport to Paudgaon from here on the cheap. Buses come every half hour or so, but they can be crowded.
Note : small roof, can get wet if it's raining.
Many buses entering Pune or passing Pune from the outside, can drop you here. But many buses coming from north side don't pass through here and head straight to the station.

Caution: This place is outskirts of the city, so not many businesses etc around and no travel offices It's not safe to be here after dark. If your bus is otherwise going to Swargate or Station and it's late and you don't definitely have someone picking you up, better go to swargate/station only.
AIRPORT:
I don't know where would be a good meetup point for here, haven't really been there much. But I'm guessing the Arrivals area?
If you don't find others here, I recommend you go to Pune Station ST bus stand. Or, if you're hiring a vehicle, stop by the station so others there can join you.
